Moo.com Minicards Review
Moo.com is a seller of branded business cards, postcards, stickers etc.
I recently made a purchase from them for what they call the Moo ‘Minicards’, These are half height Business cards. Lets see what I thought.
Minicard Order Options
There are two types of card, upload an image from your computer or create text based cards, I opted for a text based card. From there you then have an option to have all your cards in the same colour or have a rainbow set, which is what I opted for. There are 10 fonts, 20 background colours and 5 background designs to choose from, On the back of the card you can enter 6 lines of text and an image. This is all setup using a nice usable web interface, this make things very easy and gives you a live view of what your card will look like. You can order your cards in a quantities of 100,200,300,400 and 800. I only chose to go for 100 but can see myself going back again when I need some more.
Service
I was overall impressed by the service that I received, I made my purchase around christmas time so working days were reduced but I still received my cards within the week (around 5 working days). I was Emailed when the printing was complete and shipped out to me. The items predicted delivery date was beaten by 6 days. The cards are delivered in a padded jiffy bag and inside a rather strong looking box so they wont get damaged in transit.
Card Quality
I really like these slightly unique business cards, you are slightly restricted by the amount of information that it can hold and the text on the back may be a little small for comfort to some. The cards feel of good quality thick card, and the print quality looks good but will not rub off any time soon. I do not feel that the card will split apart any time soon so should be able to survive being in your pocket for quite a while.
Wrap it up
So to finish off I am impressed with the quality of the cards that I received, happy with the speed and service that I received and will be returning to Moo.com for my next business cards order.
